June 22, 2022 - HarborView Properties announced its completed acquisition of (3) three apartment communities located in Rockland County, New York; two in Pearl River and one in Nanuet for a purchase price of $19,200,000. The package consists of 94 residential units in total. HarborView plans for many capital improvements to all three properties.
