Westchester County Supreme Court Issues Decision in Harbor View Properties Litigation

 

Westchester County Supreme Court granted summary judgment to Harbor View Properties I LLC in litigation involving its Tarryhill property.

 

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. — Harbor View Properties I LLC, doing business as Tarryhill Management Company, is providing an update regarding litigation previously reported in local media following a decision by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Westchester County.

 

The matter, Carla Cialone v. Harbor View Properties I LLC d/b/a Tarryhill Management Company, was filed in Westchester County Supreme Court under Index No. 58211/2020.

 

In a Decision and Order signed January 28, 2025, Justice David F. Everett granted Harbor View Properties’ motion for summary judgment.

 

The court’s order stated: “Accordingly, it is Ordered that defendant’s motion for summary judgment is granted.”

 

The decision was entered by the Westchester County Clerk on January 29, 2025, and Notice of Entry was subsequently filed on February 28, 2025.

 

The litigation had attracted public attention after the filing of the lawsuit in 2020. An August 6, 2020 article in the Westchester County Business Journal reported on the allegations contained in the original lawsuit.

 

Harbor View Properties is issuing this release to provide an update regarding the disposition of the litigation and to identify the court’s ruling in a matter that had previously been reported in local media.
