Westchester Harbor View Realty Corp. (HarborView Properties), (HVP) is a privately-held Real Estate firm that acquires and develops Commercial and Residential real estate for investment purposes. Our primary focus is on properties such as Apartments, Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Hotels and the like.

Limited Liability Partnerships (L.L.P's)
The Principals of HarborView are the Managing General Partners of several Limited Liability Companies. In creating Partnerships, HarborView arranges everything from the acquisition; to debt financing; to equity placement. HarborView self-manages its properties. In some instances, we may engage the services of third-party asset managers to insure that the asset reaches and maintains its maximum operating potential. Enhancing asset value is our top priority.

Investment Strategy
HarborView seeks to invest in properties which are income-producing when reasonably leveraged and that have future growth potential. We are especially interested in properties that are under-performing or that can be increased in value through better management, capital infusion, repositioning or redevelopment.

HarborView's President and CEO
HarborView Properties is led by Dale J. Kaufteil, the President and CEO. Mr. Kaufteil, entered the commercial real estate industry in 1984. Since then, Mr. Kaufteil has consumated numerous real estate deals such as; Apartment Building Conversions; Shopping Center Acquisitions and Re-development; Condominium Development and Conversions; Hotel Acquisitions; and the creation of several Limited Liability Partnerships. Mr. Kaufteil and his related entities continue to actively acquire and develop commercial real estate nationally.
