Formed in 1991, HVP is a Commercial Real Estate organization based in Larchmont, New York. HVP acts as Real Estate Advisor and Asset Manager for various Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP's). These LLP's are always looking for new opportunities to make investments in significant real estate projects across major U.S. markets. Target Market:
  • Interstate 95 Corridor: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Eastern seaboard from NY to Florida. Special interest in the NY, NJ & CT region - Apartments Buildings, Rent Stabilized Buildings, Unsold Condominium blocks, Shopping Centers, Hotels and Single-tenant Development sites. 
     
  • Apartments: 50 to 500 Units per property. Class "A", "B" or "C". Apartment Complexes, Townhouses, Condominiums, High-Rises and other multi-family residential projects. Of special interest are properties located in the greater New York area.
     
  • Renovation Projects: Apartments in need of rehabilitation are desirable. Apartments subject to rent stabilization or rent controls are also of great interest.
     
  • Shopping Centers: 75,000 to 150,000 Community Shopping Centers. Food Store Anchored,  Pharmacy, etc. Vacancy or repositioning opportunities strongly considered. 
       
  • Hotels - Full Service Business-class Hotels, Conference Centers in major U.S. Cities. Downtown or CBD locations preferred. 200 room minimum to 500 rooms or larger.
