Limited Liability Partnerships (L.L.P's)
HVP acts in the role of Advisor and Manager when acquiring and managing real estate assets. The Principals of HarborView will often form Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP's) to take ownership and to operate each property as an individual entity. In creating Partnerships, HVP arranges everything from the acquisition; to debt financing; to equity placement. 

Investment Strategy
HarborView seeks to invest in properties which are income-producing when reasonably leveraged and that have future growth potential. We are especially interested in properties that are under-performing or that can be increased in value through better management, capital infusion, repositioning or redevelopment.

HarborView's President and CEO
HarborView Properties is led by Dale J. Kaufteil. Mr. Kaufteil, entered the commercial real estate industry in 1984. Since then, Mr. Kaufteil has completed numerous real estate deals such as; Apartment Building Conversions; Shopping Center Acquisitions and Re-development; Condominium Development and Conversions; Hotel Acquisitions; and the creation of several Limited Liability Partnerships.
