HVP's Principals have concluded the acquisition of HudsonView Terrace Apartments. HudsonView Realty of NY, LLC. was formed to acquire this multi-story Apartment Building in historic Ossining-on-Hudson, NY. The complex consists of Loft-style apartments with terraces and boasts Hudson River Views. HudsonView Terrace is situated on Route 9 on Northern Westchester County. The complex also contains several suites a suite of Medical Offices. 

HVP's management team will manage the HudsonView Terrace from its Larchmont New York office.
